Gerald "Skip" Glen Youngs Jr.

Gerald Glen Youngs Jr. “Skip,” age 66 of Arnold, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022. Gerald was born April 7, 1956 to Gerald Sr., and Shirley (Finger) Youngs, who have preceded him in death along with his sister Karla “Penny” (Youngs) Coy, and his step-mother Helen Youngs.

Gerald leaves behind his beloved daughter Sally Crisp, along with her mother Sabrina Morehead. He was a loving grandfather to Jenny and June Crisp. He also leaves behind a sister Kathy (Bob Basil) Youngs, and her children Erika and Amy Basil. He is leaving behind his brother in law Robert Coy, and his children Bob Jr., Ted and David Coy. He will be missed by everyone including his grand fur-baby, Darling.

Gerald recently moved here from Austin, Texas, where he once worked as the owner and operator of a pool/spa company. He enjoyed working outside and had a love for nature. Most recently, he had been working for the University of Texas, maintaining their pools and fountains across the campus. He enjoyed playing the drums and was in various bands throughout his life. He loved his family and friends, and spent as much time with them as possible.

Gerald loved all animals, especially dogs. In his honor, please consider adopting a pet from a local shelter.

The family is planning on having a Memorial Service at a later date.
