Herman is survived by his son Dale (Tracy) Harmon; daughters Brenda (Harvey) Riddle and Kimberly (Russ) Ashlock; sister Beulah Niswonger; brothers Jimmy Harmon, Darrell Harmon, Harold Harmon and Lindell Harmon.
Herman was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years Elsie Ruth Harmon; his parents Carson David Harmon and mother Lucy Vance; brothers Johnny Harmon, Arthur Harmon, Narvel Harmon; Henry Harmon and Gene Harmon, sisters Leoma Middleton, Laura Niswonger, Bertha Harmon and Anna Harmon.
Herman was the loving grandfather of Jeff, Tiffany, Chris, Crystal, and Shelby; great grandfather of Jayden, Paige, Joey, Benny, Annie, Macey, Devon, Alan, Jasmin, Arizona and Rusty Jae also 4 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren by marriage.
Family was the heart and soul of everything for Herman. He deeply loved and was proud of his wife, children and grandchildren. He loved them all unconditionally and was always there for them.
Unfortunately, after the death of his beloved wife Elsie, the wind was taken out of his sails and his heart was broken. There was nothing family could do as he grieved her loss and all he wanted was to be with her again. So he passed peacefully at home after almost ten months. May he now rest with Elsie and may they fly together with the angels.
