Howard L. Cooley age 93 of High Ridge, MO passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Born on December 20, 1927 in Bald Knob, AR to the late John and Ethel Cooley. Beloved husband to Diana Cooley (nee Moore) of High Ridge; loving father of Mary Cooley of Arnold, MO, Carolyn Orndorff of Groveland, IL and the late Pam Shelley; cherished grandfather of Benjamin Orndorff and Christa Hollingshead; dear brother of Ella (the late Joseph) Prance, Robert (Fern) Cooley, Leroy Cooley, he is preceded in death by his siblings, James (Margaret) Cooley, Albert (Merna) Cooley and Glen Cooley. Dear brother-in-Law of Charles William Moore Jr, Thomas J. Moore, Gary A. (Shirley) Moore and Michael J. (Maureen) Moore; Our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Private services will be held for Mr. Cooley with burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full Military Honor.
