James Andrew Cheatham

James Andrew Cheatham, 58, of St Louis, died peacefully at home in his sleep on August 19, 2024. He was born on July 27, 1966 to Jim and Karen Cheatham. He married Michelle June 25, 2011 and became the proud daddy to Olivia Lynn Cheatham on January 19, 2012. Olivia was the joy of his life, his little princess.

Jim was born and grew up in the St. Louis and graduated from Parkway North Senior High School in 1984. He developed deep lifelong friendships with many of his high school friends. His life touched the lives of many. He was a compassionate, caring person who was always there to help friends in need. He had a deep love for animals and cars.

Jim is preceded in death by his brother William (Bill) Michael Cheatham, grandparents Norman and Joette Simcox, and Jim and Dorthy Cheatham and his Uncle Robert Simcox. Jim is survived by his parents Jim and Karen Cheatham, his wife Michelle Mason Cheatham and daughter Olivia Lynn Cheatham along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jim was a dear son, son-in-law, grandson, brother, brother-in-law, husband, daddy, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. His love for his family and friends will forever be remembered.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday August 31, 2024,12:00 Noon at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home 1081 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO with visitation to follow service from 12:30-2:30 PM.
