Jason Edward Canada, age 42, of Manchester, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. Jason was born June 24, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri to Donna Cohen (nee De Guire) and Edward Canada.

Jason is survived by; son Jason Linn; father Edward Canada; sister Melissa Canada, sister Jenifer Canada and sister Sarah Cohen; stepfather Dr. Ray Cohen, stepmother Kim Canada and life partner Stacey Hubbard.

Jason was preceded in death by; mother Donna Cohen (nee De Guire); brother Nicholas Canada.
