John G. Rost of Arnold, MO passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2015, at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Jacquelyn Rost (nee Powers). Loving father of Scott (Mary) Gosnell, Cindy (Dan) Allen and John (Connie) Rost II. Dear brother of Ed (Judith) Rost and the late Albert (survived by Barbara) and George (survived by Margaret) Rost. Dearest grandfather of Amanda (Steve) Wrinkle, Rich Allen, Stacy (Derek) Bohn, Shandy Gosnell, Caleb Rost and Kaitlyn Rost and great grandfather of Dustin Wrinkle, Andrew Wrinkle, Dakota Kurth, Madison Wrinkle, Haylee Bohn, Derek Bohn, Matthew Scott Bohn, Nick Schneidenbach and Lucy Schneidenbach. Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and dear friend.
Visitation to be held at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, MO on Monday, November 30, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Committal service to be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Greater St. Louis Honor Flight appreciated.
