Judy D. DeGonia, age 75, of Imperial, Missouri passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020. Judy was born December 4, 1944 in Zalma, Missouri to Emma G. Speer (nee Beal) and Otis C Speer.

Judy was the beloved and adored wife of 58 years to Richard DeGonia. She was the loving mother of Sonya Jeffries and dear mother-in-law to Bill Jeffries. Judy was the proud grandma of Zach Jeffries. She was preceded in death by her parents Otis C and Emma G. Speer (nee Beal).

Over 58 years ago while attending the Mineral Area College Judy met the love of her life Richard and as they say the rest is history. Judy was a retired First Bank Teller. She was a long time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Otto, Missouri.

A memorial visitation for Judy is being held from 10:30-11:30 am Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 6550 Old Missouri 21, Imperial, Missouri 63052. Following the visitation there is a memorial service at 11:30 AM in the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Judy's memory may be made to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 6550 Old Missouri 21, Imperial, Missouri 63052.

We will always remember the joy on her face when she saw our dogs. She absolutely loved petting them and thought they were so soft. She will be missed.

Judy I am so sorry you are gone. I love you cousin. You were a loving, funny, happy person , and you and Richard made the perfect couple. You are missed. And I am less without you in this world.
