Margaret Ann Thompson, age 80, of Imperial, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. She was born on June 18,1944 to the late Arvie and Helen (nee Welty) Herring Sr.; beloved wife of the late Bobby Lee Thompson Sr.; loving mother of Betty Ann (Kevin) Charney and Bobby Lee (Terry) Thompson Jr.; loving grandmother of Jennifer (Dan) Ferris, Dawn Charney, Justin Thompson and Joseph Thompson; great grandmother of Paige Ferris, Maya Ferris, Lexi Miller and Ryker Miller; dear sister of Joyce (Jimmy) Presley, Shirley (and the late George) Hooten and the late Betty Herring and Arvie J. Herring Jr.; dear sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many.
Margaret was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Monday, March 17,2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010. Funeral service will be celebrated Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery, 1925 Old State Rd M, Barnhart, MO 63012.
