Mary Ella Rhodes

Rhodes, Mary Ella (Harmon) 89, of Arnold, Missouri went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on March 17, 2014. Born February 18, 1925, Mrs. Rhodes taught elementary school for 33 years and retired from the Fox C-6 District. She was a member of the Herculaneum Chapter #325 OES. She attended Peoples's Church in Arnold. She is survived by six children: Mary (Elmer) Bollinger, Linda Tomlinson, Ruth Ann (Ron) Green, James Rhodes, Helen (Steve) Shorette and Alan (Rhonda) Rhodes; thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, William Lenard Rhodes; parents Thomas McHenry and Mary Jane (Faughn) Harmon; sisters Louise Getz and Tommy Stubenrauch and brother Dan Harmon.

Services: Visitation to be held at HEILITAG-LANG-FENDLER Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 4-8 PM. Funeral service at the funeral home on Friday at 1 PM with Reverend Boyd Brooks officiating. Interment to follow in Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
