Beloved husband of Diana (nee Marshall) Cook and the late Mary (nee Schults) Cook; loving father of Milton (Kellie) Cook, Marvin Cook, Matt (Bobbie) Cook,

Garret (Katie) Cook, and the late Mike Cook, and Mary Cook.

Dear grandfather of Jessica Cook, Tyler (Tosha) Cook, Margot Rider, James (Randa) Cook, Amanda (Fiance Aaron Mogensen) Cook, Levi Cook, and Landon Cook.

Great grandfather of Alivia Twiggs, Joseph Hembree, Tommy Smith, Dakota Smith, Chloe Smith, Riley Cook, Maddie Cook, Paisley Thomas, Gracelyn Thomas, Gracelyn Pemberton, and Emersyn Venable.

Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
