Myrtle Lucille Ehlen, age 93, of Imperial, Missouri passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018. Myrtle was born June 8, 1924 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Eleanora Blomker (nee Rode) and John Blomker.

Myrtle is survived by; sons Dave (JoAnn) Ehlen; Gerald (Debbie) Ehlen; Mark (Terry) Ehlen; Mike (Kim) Ehlen; daughters Pam (Ray) Griffaw, Bev Ehlen and preceded in death by 2 daughters Rosemary Ehlen and Jeanette Minix , 2 great grandchildren Michael Dowd and Faith Ehlen.

The family would like to acknowledge JoAnn Ehlen and Denise Combest for their help and support.

A visitation for Myrtle will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri 63010. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. The graveside service will be Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11:15 AM at National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Drive, Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Cardinal Glennon Childrens Foundation greatly appreciated.

Myrtle was 1 of my riders on the OATS bus. I called her my sweetheart. I gave up driving her route and she was the only rider I missed. Im deeply saddened to hear of her passing.
