Peter attended school until 1944 when he was drafted into the U.S. Navy on his 18th birthday and served in the Pacific during World War II aboard the USS Norton Sound until his discharge in 1946.
After the war, he returned to Allentown where he married my mom Arlene. Several years later, they moved to St. Louis and then to Arnold in 1956 where he started the Mid-Town Printing Co., which he ran until 1991.
Peter was a loving husband and father, as well as a respected member of his community. He touched the lives of many people and was known for his kindness and generosity. Many considered him a second father. He lived a full and blessed life, always helping those in need, and never met a person he didn't like. His faith was always strong, and he will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and his faith.
