While proudly serving his Country, Ralph sent Marilyn a package with an engagement ring and wedding band. There was a note saying, “Get things ready. I’ll be home for leave and will get married.” As they say the rest is history.
Using his skills learned in the Navy Ralph worked as a Master Machinist until his retirement. He loved to fish and hunt. In later years he took up golf with a passion and enjoyed playing courses all over. After not being able play he loved reminisce over great shots, terrible lies, deep bunkers, fast greens, long drives and beautiful courses.
