Ruth Allison (nee Jackson) of Barnhart, Missouri passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012 at the age of 79. Dearest daughter of Sarah Jackson (nee Rowell) and the late Solon Jackson. Beloved wife of the late Arza Allison. Loving mother of Brenda (Richard) Bond, Don (Kitty) Allison, David (Lori) Allison, Dannie (Sharon) Allison and the late Vickie Nice, Danny Lovvorn and Sandra Martin. Dear sister of Dee (the late Dorothy) Jackson, Gene (Wanda) Jackson and Carrol (Dot) Jackson. Dearest grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 8. Our dear aunt, great aunt, cousin and dear friend to many.
Funeral service to be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Should friends desire, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital appreciated. So sorry for your loss Ruth did all my sewing for me. I had just talked to her.I just couldnt beleive she was gone.Always wanting to help you.She will be missed so much.She would say drop it off and Ill have it done tomorrow. Rest in Peace Ruth Im so glad I new you in this life. Rayjean

Ruth was a remarkable, strong, women. I will always want to be more like here in the way she never could forget a birthday or anniversary-- when both my kids were deployed with the Navy-- she would send them cards and letters often. She will be missed by my family-- and the family of Highcrest.
