Miss Ruth was my first grade teacher and when I was older I stay with them 2 summers taking care of Larry and Donna so Ruth could do her correspondence courses.
We had many good times on their farm and Miss Ruth taught me to make blackberry dumplings. Boy were they good.
Larry, Donna and Martha please accept my sympathy. It is hard to lose a mother. May God bless you and your families!
