

Sharon Renee Kohler, 69, of Arnold, MO, peacefully departed this life on March 12, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family and her faithful four-legged companion, Buster Brown Kohler. She was born on November 2, 1954, in California, Missouri, to the late Barbara Jean (nee Esmond) and Carl Eugene Bowman.
Sharon was a devout Christian, she found solace and strength in her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Her life exemplified a profound commitment to kindness and empathy, extending her care not only to people but also to beloved pets. Known for her unwavering gratitude and generosity, she never missed an opportunity to express her thanks or offer a thoughtful gesture to those who crossed her path. Her absence will be deeply felt by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness.
Sharon spent the majority of her years in Arnold, MO graduating from Fox Senior High School in 1973, where her passion for singing found expression in the choir and playing softball. She also enjoyed bowling and was a member of a bowling league. Later in life, she found companionship and joy in her marriage to William “Bill/B” Kohler in 2010, following the passing of her first husband, the late Richard Eugene Sedevic. Together, Sharon and Bill enjoyed eating out, watching Cardinal Games, RFD country music shows, soap operas and cartoons on T.V.
Awaiting her joyful reunion in Heaven are her beloved departed.
She leaves behind a vast and loving family, and many friends, who will continue to honor her memory with love and reverence.
Funeral services will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Arnold on Monday, March 18, 2024, with visitation from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral. Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, where Sharon will be laid to rest in peaceful repose.
