Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Vince and Dottie Polizzi; his siblings, Teresa, Philip, and Vincent Polizzi.
He leaves behind cherished memories with his loving Uncle Philip Polizzi; Aunt Mary Schroeder; many cousins and dear friends who loved him deeply. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to his cousins, Nick and Holly, whose love and devotion meant so much to Tony, as well as his special caregivers, Jan Blake and Starr Todd, whose compassion, kindness enriched his life beyond measure.
Tony experienced the world through innocent eyes, with a heart free of judgment and prejudice. He had a gentle spirit that naturally drew people to him, and his warm smile could brighten any room. Simply knowing Tony was a gift, and his tender heart touched everyone fortunate enough to meet him.
He found joy in life's simple pleasures. Tony loved cars and proudly collected Hot Wheels, always adding another favorite to his collection. Christmas was, without question, his favorite time of year, filling him with excitement and happiness. Music was another great passion, especially the songs of George Michael. He knew every lyric and sang along.
One of Tony's most unique interests was his love of fans. He delighted in collecting fans of every shape, size, and color, and they brought him endless fascination and happiness. Spring and fall were his favorite seasons, and he never turned down a slice of cheesecake topped with strawberries. He was also a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Tony taught those around him the beauty of unconditional love, acceptance, and finding joy in the little things. His life was a reminder that kindness requires no words and that a genuine smile can brighten someone's day.
His gentle spirit, loving heart, and unforgettable smile will be deeply missed but forever treasured by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. The love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who loved him forever.
