Vernon was a true friend to all of the teachers at Holy Child School. We could always depend on him to help out when it was needed. Vern was also a classmate of my dad. He will be truly missed. Rest In Peace, Mr. Vern . Carol Kargus. Holy Child School

Vernon will be sadly missed. He was a winner. Karl and I were thinking of the times that he was here at our house. He told Karl great stories of when he was in the service.
He always brought me the church bulletin when I had my knee surgery, and would stay and visit with me those were good times. When you were not in town I would pick Vern up and take him to church. Again we are sorry for your loss. Our sincere sympathies. God Bless.
