Virginia "Ginny" Lane (Barnesgrove) McClain Colter

Virginia (Ginny) Lane McClain Colter left this life peacefully in the presence of her children on 8/29/19. Loving wife to John McClain (deceased) and Bill Colter (deceased) and devoted mother to Bob McClain (Michele), Beth Remming and Lynn Struckhoff (John).

Mom was a doting grandmother, step-grandmother and great grandmother. She was a fun aunt and friend to many across the country. No matter where she lived, West Virginia, St. Louis, Alabama or Florida she was able to connect and make new friends and keep in touch with them.

Loving her family fiercely and spending time with them was most important to her. We all hope she is having a bourbon and water, dancing, playing Bingo, cards or Yahtzee with those family members and friends who have passed before her.

A private family remembrance celebration will be held in the future.
