Kemper (nee Kost); loving father of Mark (Patricia), Thomas (Margaret), Michael Sr. (Tammy) Kemper and Robert (Barb) Kemper; dear grandfather of Michael Jr. (Katie), Jacob, Matthew, Joseph and Luke Kemper; dear great grandfather of Sophia Lorraine; dear brother of Jean Schnorbus, Harry Kemper, Mary Ann Shay, Francis Kemper and the late Robert Kemper; our dear grandfather, uncle, great uncle, cousin and dear friend to many.

Mr. Kemper was a past commander of Aubuchon-Dennison American Legion Post #186 and Voiture Locale #38 of the 40 et 8.

Funeral from Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. on Sat., Sept. 18, 2010 at 9:15 a.m., then to St. John's Catholic Church for Mass of Christian burial celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 4-8 p.m. If desired, please make expressions of sympathy in Walter's memory to the Camp Wyman Foundation.
