WEBBER, Barbara F. passed away April 16, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family and her cherished pets following a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy” Slade Webber, III and her father, Louis G. Fleming. She is survived by her daughters, Krista Bourne (“Bennie,” her devoted and beloved son-in-law), Leah Escobar and Lauren Phillips (Michael); she is also survived by her eight grandchildren, Daniel, Alexander, Katelyn, Emily, Dylan, Bradley, Justin and Madison; her mother, Margaret G. Fleming; sister, Judith Hawkins (Max) and her niece, Elizabeth Hawkins. A private memorial service, officiated by Pastor Gerald Castlebury, was held April 21, 2018 at Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, Ashland, VA.
