Carol Renee Bailey

Carol Renee Bailey, 59, of Ashland, Virginia, passed away on July 30, 2022. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Schwartz. Carol leaves behind her mother, Catherine Schwartz; brother, Ronnie Schwartz (Mary); sister, Brenda Stanley; beloved uncle, Tom West (Barbara); several children and stepchildren, Thomas Bailey (Calli), Davis Bailey, Tammy Lowry, Howie Bailey (Amy) and Jimmy Bailey; grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Sydnie, Oliver, Samantha, Lexie, Bailee, Blaine, RJ and Samuel; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation service will be held Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral located at 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA 23005. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home followed by lunch at Andrews Hall Room 61 located on the campus of Randolph-Macon College, 420 Henry St. in Ashland.
