Wood, Charlotte B., 81, of Glen Allen, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. She was the daughter of Newton B. and Mary L. Wood and was preceded in death by her sister, Edna V. Wood. She is survived by her brother, Pete Wood of Glen Allen; nieces, Suzie Leadbetter of Montpelier and Barbara Pruden of Richmond; also, two great nephews, Drew and Chris. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 6-8pm at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, July 2nd at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
