Cheryl is survived by her brothers, Fred and Gary Lawson (Patricia); nieces, Ashley Lawson and Amanda Brickey (Richard).
Cheryl was a beloved member of Hopeful Baptist Church. Her faith in Christ gave her great comfort during her illness. Cheryl was a Clinique representative for Macy's for more than 40 years. Cheryl enjoyed trail riding, long walks with her Border Collies, and cooking/baking for her loved ones. She was loved by everyone she met, and we will miss her and her infectious laugh.
The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Hopeful Baptist Church, 14340 Hopeful Church Rd, Montpelier, VA 23192. A funeral service will begin at 11am on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Hopeful Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
