He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carol.
Predeceased by his parents Clarence Hall, Sr and Rose Elizabeth Hall, wife Mary, son Michael and sister Joyce West.
He left this earth with 3 children, Carla Cupp (Danny), Randy Phillips and Connie Hall (Rick). He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews who fondly called him “Doodle”.
Clarence served in the Virginia Army National Guard with an honorable discharge in 1964.
A Visitation will be held Friday, July 22nd from 12 PM to 2 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home located at 412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland VA 23005. Immediately after the visitation at 2 PM a Funeral Service is to be performed by Mr. Doug Haught at Nelsen Funeral Home located at 412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland VA 23005.
Afterwards we will be driving in procession to Winns Baptist Church Cemetery for the Graveside Service located at 12320 Winns Church Rd. Glen Allen VA 23059.
