Obituary of Daniel Vernon Page
Daniel Vernon Page, 56, of Caroline County, passed away on January 17, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon E. Page and his brother, Clyde Page. Daniel attended Sir Sandford Fleming College in Ontario, Canada studying Business and Accounting. He served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the California San Jose mission. Daniel was a Store Manager for Kroger, a highly skilled chef, and loved spending time with family and friends. He loved his family and his Savior Jesus Christ. He had a great sense of humor and loved to help anyone who needed help. At the time of his death he was serving as a Service Missionary with the Family History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Heidi Page; son, Daniel Page (Morgan); daughter, Michelle Evans (Christopher) and Sarah Page; grandson, Samuel Evans; mother, Carol Page; brother, William Page (Daphne); sister, Amanda Moore (Brian) and several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 5-7pm at Scotchtown Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 14573 Scotchtown Rd, Montpelier, VA 23192, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11am. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to The Humanitarian Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
