Following his retirement, he settled into life at his home in Ashland, enjoying time with his beloved wife, Joyce, and the family they built together. Delmas took great pride in his family. His greatest joy was sharing stories of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whose accomplishments brought him immeasurable pride.

After a life filled with family, hard work, and cherished memories, Delmas is now reunited with his beloved Joyce, whose absence he felt so deeply. While his family will miss his presence, they find comfort in knowing the two are together once again.
