Dwight Lewis Black

BLACK, Dwight Lewis, 59, passed away on August 6, 2019 at The Laurels of University Park Nursing Home. He is survived by Michelle Herring, partner and mother of 2 children shared by them; his daughter, Samantha Mae Reed; and his son, Correy Lee Herring. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late, Gertrude Wonder. He spent time working as a class A CDL driver and with Kori Tire. His hobbies include, watching football (Ravens), Fishing, and watching the news. A graveside service will take place at 10:00am on Friday, August 16, 2019 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Cemetery, 8050 St. Paul's Church Rd., Hanover, VA 23069. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dwight may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church- Discretionary Fund, P.O. Box 441, Hanover, VA 23069.
