Edward Daryl League

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim League and mother-in-law, Mary Janish.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Krystle League; children, Lee-Anna, Megan, Sara, Ayssa, Tatum, Landyn, and Edward "Boogie" Jr.; mother, Linda League; brother, Grant League (Mae); sisters, Christy Kitchen (Chris) and Eva Pulling (Quinton); brother-in-law, Marcus Kulynych (Robin); nephews, TJ, Zachary, Grant Jr., Wyatt, Billy, Tanner, Hunter; and Connor; and nieces, Paris, Kiersten, Elektra, and Blair.

Ed spent 25 years as a truck driver throughout the country. As an avid marksman, Ed was known to enjoy hunting. He will be remembered for his remarkable parties on the Fourth of July and his extended firework displays.

A visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy. Ashland, VA 23005. A funeral service will take place at 1:30pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Nelsen Funeral Home with graveside to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 1-573 Bridge Rd, Mineral, VA 23117.
