Breeden, Elmer Gene, 73, of Richmond, passed away on March 7, 2015. He is survived by his children, Charles Thomas Breeden, Brian Gene Breeden, and Melinda Breeden Strickler; grandchildren, Spencer Lloyd, Levi Breeden, and Amber Bishop; sister, Ellen Eleftherion; and his best friend of 51 years, Gerald Nuckols. Elmer was a former Jockey, brick layer, race horse trainer, and worked for Meadow Farm for numerous years. He was currently employed at Gillman Logging of Ashland.
