Frank G. Taylor, 93, of Ashland, passed away May 25, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita K. Taylor and grandson, Ralph F. Taylor, Jr. Frank retired from the Virginia State Highway Department with over 30 years of service. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. Frank was a member at the American Legion. He is survived by his children, Sandra T. Mills (Russell), Deborah T. Greene (Jimmy), and Ralph F. Taylor (Audrey); 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 11:00am at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
