I was privileged with performing volunteer office work with Fred as a teenager. He taught me the skills needed to adapt, grow and coached me in the Automotive field . I was Honored to call him Friend and to have met Fred and Lynn. I'll always miss his phrase when meeting someone new 'Hi, I'm Fred Samuelson and you don't know me from a hole in a wall'

Fred was such a dear friend of my husband Ed Kelly and I am so sorry to hear about his passing.  My condolences to you and your Mom.  Ed and Fred are finally running OPs once again together but in heaven.

Dear Lynn, Eric, and Ken;
Marion and I send our deepest sympathy at the loss of your husband, father and brother. Our relationship with the Samuelson clan goes back nearly 70 years to our high school days in Moline, Illinois.  When Fred left Moline for greener pastures, he sold me his black 35 Ford 2 door.  So....... I can truthfully say that I was his first customer, not knowing at the time that he would become a successful auto dealer in the future. So many memories...

It felt great sadness upon hearing of Fred's passing.  What a great privilege to call Fred a friend, colleague and team player.  He was always willing to extend a helping had to anyone that needed help.  Forever optimistic if anyone called and asked about his health Fred would reply "Super...if I felt any better I would have to take something for it".

We send our prayers and condolences to Lynn and the family.  Fred will be missed.
