Dickie is survived by his significant other of 35 years, Mary Johnson.
He was a down to earth country boy that loved fishing, hunting, Country music, Bluegrass music and his dogs. He had a funny sense of humor and could always make people laugh and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
A graveside service for James will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1700 1st Avenue, Richmond, VA 23222.
