James O. Dyson, Jr., 78, of Ashland, VA, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ginger; and children, Jennifer Gurnsey (Eric), Jason Dyson. Papa also leaves four grandchildren, Bobby (Savannah), Cole (Codi), Olivia, Cortland; six great grandchildren; and one sister, Shirley Lai.
