Janet Marshall Taylor, born July 12, 1931 of Ashland, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Cooke Taylor. She was a member of the Ashland Book Club, VA Kennel Club and enjoyed painting. She is survived by her sons, Marshall Taylor (Linda) and E.C. Taylor, Jr (Martha); grandchildren, Garrett Taylor, Michael Taylor, and Alan Taylor, as well as, step-brothers, Terry Marshall and Brian Marshall. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060.
