CRISP, Jim, better known as Onion, went to be with his brother Pete Crisp on November 12, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Ellen Cooke; brother, Roger Crisp (Cindy); sisters, Rose Marie Hall (Joe), and Anita Thomas (Brian); nephews, Dustin (Krystal), Austin (Karla), and Justin (Sammy); niece, Ashtyn (Nick); and 4 great nieces. Jim was a member of the 601 Hunt Club. He was a hunter, fishermen, and a softball player. He will also be deeply missed by his friends at the 601 Hunt Club. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA 23005, where you are invited to come as you are.
