She was preceded in death by her loving and cherished husband and son, B: Ralph Sylvia and Floyd Daniel Robertson, Jr, and brother Joseph H. Coghill.
She is survived by her nephew, David W. Coghill, and his wife, Cindy, and great-nephews, Matthew W., Zachary A., and great-great-nephew, Jude O. Coghill.
Joyce was a member of Kenwood United Methodist Church.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Mausoleum at Signal Hill Memorial Park,12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA 23069, on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 am.
