She is the loving wife of the late William Albert Ploof; devoted mother of Christine Ploof; cherished grandmother of Timothy Nielsen; and sister-in-law of Sandy Ploof.
She is predeceased by her husband, parents, Alexander and Rachael Kemenko and brother, Richard Ploof.
A Visitation for Mrs. Ploof will be held Monday, May 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, Va. 23005.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St Ann's Catholic Church, 105 S. Snead St, Ashland, Va. 23005. Burial will immediately follow at 12:15 pm at Woodland Cemetery, 11310 Hanover Ave, Ashland, Va. 23005. Reception to follow at St. Ann's Catholic Church.
