Audrey and family - I was saddened to learn of Stuart's passing. He was such a great minister to us at Bethel Baptist. That was a great period in our church's history under Stuart's ministry. I'll always remember our daughter Angela's wedding ceremony twenty-six years ago. His wedding ceremonies were always so well done.
The family is in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Susan and family,
So sorry for your loss. I fondly remember the times that Rev. Carlton would lead worship when Paige was away and I always enjoyed his messages when he would visit. May God bless you with his peace and comfort now and in the days ahead. Heaven has another angel!

Mike and I are saddened to hear of Stuart's passing. We had a lot of good times with him and Audrey. He was a true man of God. He was always there with words of comfort and strength. We know he has finished his work on this Earth and is now in the presence of his Lord who he loved so much. Until we meet again dear friend. Rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I can’t begin to put into words all the wonderful things Dear Stuart meant to our whole family. He was so caring and loving to us through the cancer bouts and the passing of our parents. I could always count on him beating us to the hospital and being there to have a prayer before they would take me out. He was always there when I came too. He has spent hours with us just praying g and being there when we needed him. Not a better saint could be found. My parents felt the same way. To Audrey, you complimented him and his work so much. We will forever love and cherish you. May God bless and protect you under his wing. Heaven has gained an angel and we will truly miss him.

I’m sorry to hear about Stuart’s passing. I grew up with the Carlton family and always respected Stuart as the gentle giant that he was. Our families vacationed together, he baptized me as a teen and officiated my wedding when I was a young woman. You will be missed sir, but heaven gained another true saint. Rest well Dear Friend.
Much love to Audrey, Vickie, Roland, Susan and family.
