Susan Virginia Lipsey, 59, of Ashland, passed away on August 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hazel P. Lipsey and James L. Lipsey; and her sisters, Marjorie Lewis Lipsey and “Baby” Lipsey. She was a member of St. James the Less Episcopal Church and a 1981 graduate of James Madison University. She is survived by her two sisters, Sharon Drelick of Appomattox, Virginia and Martha Michaels of Conway, Arkansas; and nephew, James Ahern Drelick of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
