BARLOW, Thomas “Walter”., of Ashland, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter M. and Maude Puller Barlow; and his three brothers, Warren Barlow and his wife Hope Barlow and Bobby Barlow and his wife Nancy Barlow and his twin brother Paul Weston Barlow. He is survived by his nieces and nephew, Susan Barlow Melton, Keith Barlow, and Kathy Barlow Gladden. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 30 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Ashland. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
