Virginia Brady Rogers

Virginia Brady Rogers, age 104, of Ashland, Virginia, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was born on October 17, 1920, to Harry K. and Catherine Brady in Ashland, Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wilmer G. Rogers, her sister Rita B. Pierce, and brothers Harry O. and Patrick L. Brady.

Virginia is survived by her children, Daniel Rogers (Ruth), Alan Rogers (Janice), Carolyn Rice, Karen Winston and daughter-in-law, Nancy Lutton; cherished grandchildren, Michael Rogers, Lori Marshall, Cathy Hernandez, Shannon Koene, Jenny Rice-Estep, Jim Rice and Ginny Winston.

Virginia was a lifelong member of Forest Grove United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener, homemaker, and well-known for her homemade rolls.

The family wishes to thank her caregivers, Deanna and Kelli, as well as hospice nurses Amanda, Samantha, and LaShawn.

Relatives and friends are invited to Virginia's visitation on Sunday, June 8, at Winns Baptist Church, 12320 Winns Church Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059, from 1:30 PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:30 PM.
