Mr. Vivien Clark Newton, known to everyone as "Clark," age 76, of Richmond, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. He is survived by his daughter Heather Jarratt (John); grandchildren Taylor, Abigail and Gabriel Jarratt and brother of Helen Jordan (Wayne). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and an aunt-by-marriage.
Clark is preceded in death by his parents Floyd B. Newton, Sr., and Vivian F. Newton; brothers Floyd, Jr. "Buzzie" and Bennie; sister Inez Newton and grandson Jeremiah Jarratt.
He served in the U.S. Army and received The Army Commendation Medal and worked as a technician for VEPCO.
He will be laid to rest at Quantico National Cemetery. Date and time to be announced.
