William (Willie) Garland Brown Sr., 77, of Montpelier, passed away Friday, August 19, 2016. Willie was retired from Henrico Co. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Brown; children, Wanda, Jimmy, and Matthew; stepchildren, Sammy, Deborah, Patricia, Mike, Jeff, several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister, Gay. A visitation will held from 1-2pm at on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Nelsen Funeral Home Ashland, with the service immediately following at 2pm.
