HALL, William “Billy”, 55, of Richmond, passed away on August 6, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Doris Hall. He is survived by his sisters, Deborah Besinger and Janet Hall; and brothers, Lewis Hall Jr. and Timothy Hall. Billy was a Marine and Army Veteran.
