Frank Robert Pickens, long time resident of Assiniboia, SK passed away at Chateau St Michael’s, Moose Jaw, SK

Predeceased by his beloved wife Beverley; infant children Perry (Oct 30, 1962) and Patricia (Feb 7, 1965); his parents, William and Louisa; brothers: Bill (Aug 12, 2011), Cecil (Dec 14, 2014) (Pauline), Ernie (May 29, 1995) (Rose), George (Aug 8, 2015); sister Mary (Dec 8, 2008) (Ed) Magneson; in-laws: Ted Ferguson, Merv Barnes, Dave Wiks, Ron (Bibi) Wood; mother-in-law Hannah Myhre, father-in-law Thomas Barnes, step-father-in-law Carl Myhre and nephews Bill Pickens and Bill Ferguson.

Frank is survived by two children: daughter, Tammy (Terry) Waiting – their children: Cory & Jessica (- Sura, Skyla and Zander), Brett and Craig (Taylor) Waiting

and son Kelly (Rhonda) Pickens – their children: Ryder & Andi (-Ellie, Hudson), Kyla & Joshua Peneycad (-Layla and Julian), Randi Pickens & Cole (-Bennette, Brody, Kennedy, Kolter, Hunter and Elody), Tristan & Britt, Marissa Pickens & John (-Jack and Eris), Jason, Kyla Pickens & Riley (-Alex, Kayden, Bentlee, Rylee, Pheenix and Copper) and Kayleigh Kiss

Frank is also survived by his sister Doris Ferguson; in-laws: Lola Pickens, Della Pickens, Elda Barnes, Ruth Wiks, Cecil (Kathy) Myhre, Calvin (Lois) Myhre, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Frank will be held Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 1:00pm in the Ross Funeral Chapel, Assiniboia, SK. Reverend Janelle Shaw officiating.
