Frederick Joseph England

Fred England passed away January 9, 2015 at the Regina General Hospital, Regina, SK. Frederick Joseph England was born January 9, 1932 at the homestead, in the Crane Valley District, SK. Fred farmed with his Dad and brother in the district. Fred acquired autobody skills and worked in the surrounding area including Moose Jaw, Mossbank and Crane Valley. Fred took care of his mother and enjoyed gardening. In the early 1990’s Fred moved to Assiniboia and enjoyed fellowship with those at McMorin and Fordyce Manor. Predeceased by parents, George & Emma, (formerly Williams) England, siblings: Jack (Winona) Williams, Violet (Bill) Smith, Ben (Betty) Williams, Charlie (Maxine) Williams, Lloyd (Phyllis) Williams, Ivor (Emma) Williams, George (Lorraine) England, and sister-in-law Marion England, Fred is survived by brother Les (Judy) England, sister-in-law Marion Williams, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Service was held January 16, 2015, at Ross Funeral Chapel. Pastor Greg Dermody officiated. Tribute was delivered by nephew, Shannon England. Pallbearers were: Curtis England, Shannon England, Vivian Depko, Rod Williams, Dustin Williams, and Clay Williams. Interment will follow at the Crane Valley Cemetery, Crane Valley, SK.
