So sorry to hear of Aunt Helen's passing. She was a special lady. I always enjoyed visiting with her - so upbeat.

Deepest sympathy in the loss of this wonderful lady. She was such a pleasant lady and always talked to me at the Villa when I went to visit my Mom. I rem she tried to help Mom out of a chair and they both fell down. RIP Helen.

Blythe, Preston and Family , My Deepest Sympathy for your loss of your Grandmother Helen.
I had coffee and visited with her many times when she lived at Prairie Villa . I always enjoyed her sense of humor and the ability to see the bright side of life. May she rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of Helen’s passing. Helen went to school with my Mom, Pearl Toma. When they got together it was like they were school girls again. Lots of laughs and giggles. A fine lady. Memory Eternal

Auntie Helen and Walter ended up in the Nursing Home for a time together! She loved to talk about when he was young in a large family!! She said Hello to him most days in Romanian! Sometimes he had a reply! They had a special bond!!
An amazing up beat beautiful woman! She sure liked to tease people!!
She was special and will be missed by many! Xo

Aunt Helen always regarded my siblings as if we were hers. Our periodic visits to her home on 5th Avenue and then in Ross-Payant were always full of remembrances and laughter. We will miss those visits and the fun times we had together.

So sorry to hear of Aunt Helen's passing. She was quite a witty lady. The last child of the Dobre Oancia family, the last of an era. My sympathy to the remaining family.

I am so sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I remember her fondly and most times with laughter from when we worked at the hospital and when we played canasta.
