First, I offer my deep condolences to Kerry's mother, wife and children, he was taken far too early.
Kerry and I kept in touch regularly by mail, starting when we graduated from high school. He wrote long, entertaining letters on whatever paper was available, often the backs of place mats from the restaurant he was working in at the time. Getting one of his letters would make my day, as would the rare times we would visit in person. I am so glad I got to see him one last time last fall, and am so sad that there won't be any more letters from Kerry, Rest in peace my friend.

To our family Monopoly champ! You are the guy that took me horseback riding till I couldn't walk the next day, the guy that took me golfing in your Dad's pasture, and beat me at Monopoly many times. Kerry was such a part my my childhood and young adulthood. I am thankful all the memories.

So sorry to hear this news. Our deepest condolences to Kerry’s family. Wayne and I went to school in Bengough with Kerry. We were all in the same grade. Wayne recalls being on many sports teams with Kerry, in particular, hockey, where he was his wing man. Kerry and I went to Kelsey Institute at the same time and met many times for lunch and coffee to talk about the troubles of the world. RIP Kerry.

Our growing up years was a continuance of school, sports and generally being best buddies. We always kept in touch with phone calls or letters on birthdays and stopping for a visit when we were in each other’s neighbourhood. These past 3 years had us meeting for golf matches, either in Willow Bunch or Melville. I will dearly miss my dear friend and hope he has found peace with God. “Don’t forget to show ‘em your hidden ball trick Kerry!”
