Margaret Jean Murdoch

Margaret Murdoch, of Bengough, SK, passed away March 13, 2011 at Radville, SK, at the age of 83. Margaret Jean was born January 25, 1928 at Carman, Manitoba to Robert and Eliza Clubb. Predeceased by her husband Gordon, and her two brothers, Archie and Bill Clubb, Margaret is survived by her children: Debbie (Eric) Hanrieder of Lampman, SK, Doug of Granisle, BC and Brian (Natasha) of Saskatoon; four grandchildren: Kristin and Jordan Hanrieder and Laura and Thomas Murdoch; sister-in-law Viola Kazell of Ogema, SK as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Margaret loved to quilt, her family having several quilts to treasure. She also liked to play cards at the Drop-In-Centre and when she moved to town she joined the Bengough quilters. Her family would like to thank the community for all that they had done for her. Her circle of friends kept her very active with card games, suppers and trips. She maintained connections with family and friends and was always interested in catching up with everyone.
